ProfilHotel Savoy is looking for a new star to join its reception team. We are currently seeking a receptionist with a high service spirit and a professional attitude. You spread wonderful energy in our reception to both guests and your colleagues at the hotel.

We are primarily looking for someone who is flexible and willing to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and summer. Perfect for students who want to earn some extra money.

As a receptionist at Hotel Savoy, you are an important part of the reception team, and with your commitment, you contribute together with your colleagues to ensure that all our guests receive personal attention and the best possible service.

The position includes traditional reception duties such as checking in and out guests, answering the phone, taking bookings, invoicing, and more. The job involves working days, evenings, and weekends.

We are looking for someone who wants to work in a pleasant environment and at a fast pace. You are flexible and proactive, and your enthusiasm rubs off on both guests and colleagues throughout the hotel. You are a joy-bringer and a true team player. Collaboration across departments is important, and the job also involves helping out in other departments as needed.

You can speak and write in both Swedish and English, and we prefer that you have experience in reception work. Experience with the booking system Mews is an advantage.
